Electric Discharge Machining (EDM) gives us the ability to produce highly complex designs that conventional machining simply cannot achieve, blind cavities, sharp internal corners, keyways, and delicate web structures, all held to extreme dimensional accuracy. Our heavy-duty EDM machinery cuts through material up to 200mm thick while maintaining flawless vertical parallelism.
EDM is particularly powerful for tool and die work: we manufacture and repair complex tool dies, punches, and inserts to the highest industrial standards, across virtually any conductive material.
